Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, pack sizes, and other listing details are accurate and updated.
- Monitor and update pricing, discounts, promotional offers, and product bundles.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Track inventory, returns, product ratings, and customer reviews.
- Maintain SKU, barcode, and product data across all online channels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analyze sales trends, top-performing products, and inventory movement, and share insights with the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product content, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Support data requirements for sales and distribution teams.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or E-commerce is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience managing seller panels on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar marketplaces.




- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, basic reporting).
- Familiarity with inventory management, pricing updates, and online marketplace operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- FMCG or Food industry experience is preferred.
