Role Objective
Support the planning, design, coordination, documentation, and execution of Golden Abodes' residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure designs are practical, compliant, cost-effective, and executed as planned.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare design presentations, material selections, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade, and other consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and ensure only approved drawings are issued for execution.
- Conduct site visits to verify construction quality, resolve design queries, and review mock-ups and finishes.
- Support statutory approvals by preparing and reviewing drawings for municipal, fire, RERA, and other authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to align design with budgets and evaluate materials, vendors, and contractors.

- Timely completion of architectural drawings and design submissions.
- Accurate, coordinated construction documentation.
- Prompt resolution of design and site queries.
- Reduced drawing errors, rework, and execution deviations.
- Effective document control and consultant coordination.
- Compliance with statutory and project requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Council of Architecture registration preferred.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit/BIM (preferred).
- Experience with SketchUp and presentation software.
- Understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, specifications, and basic structural/MEP coordination.
- Familiarity with municipal approvals, building regulations, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
