Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Follow up with customers and generate sales.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer records and achieve daily targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Valuable English preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, or Voice Process.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge.
