Urgent opening at Scannhum HR Solutions for the position of Consultant – Executive Search at Mulund, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field, Fresh graduates

with good communication skills & a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply

Job Purpose: The incumbent will play a vital role in managing client relationships & overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment need

· Identifying & sourcing candidates through job portals, references, networking, etc.

· Handling end to end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer extensions.

· Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

· Coordinating for interviews and constant follow-ups

· Regular follow up with selected candidates.

· Provide regular updates to clients and candidate.





· Manage candidate relationships & ensure a positive candidate experience

· Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.

Key Competencies

· Awareness and working knowledge of various Job portals

· Ability to build solid working relationships effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various background

· Able to communicate in writing at all levels displaying good email etiquette

· Polite yet confident & Courteous

· Good communication skills
