We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Caller to connect with potential customers, introduce our services, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads or sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Educational Qualification

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Outbound calls, IT sales, cold calling or Business Development is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge of CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
