Job Responsibilities

- Source and procure raw materials, accessories, packaging materials, and other company requirements.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Compare quotations and maintain vendor records.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery.
- Maintain purchase documentation and MIS reports.




- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Positive negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
