Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, client communication, lead generation, and business development within the event management industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

- Support client communication by responding to inquiries and scheduling meetings.

- Learn to understand client requirements and assist in preparing customized event proposals.

- Help prepare sales presentations, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

- Maintain and update client information and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Follow up with prospective clients under the guidance of the sales team.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.





- Coordinate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure smooth communication.

- Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting day-to-day sales activities.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

- Perform other sales and business development tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Interest in sales, business development, and the event management industry.
