About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, social media content distribution, and AI-powered search optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, website traffic, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

· Manage On-Page SEO, including keyword optimization, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structure.

· Execute Off-Page SEO activities, including backlink building and link-building strategies.

· Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, website structure, page speed, and overall website performance.

· Perform keyword research and identify new content and search opportunities.

· Develop and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand and content visibility across AI-powered search engines and generative AI platforms.

· Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve content visibility in featured snippets, voice search, AI-generated answers, and answer engines.

· Create and optimize SEO-friendly content using AI tools while ensuring quality, relevance, originality, and search intent alignment.

· Manage social media posting and content distribution to support content visibility and brand reach.

· Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify SEO opportunities and industry trends.

· Develop content strategies based on keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and SEO performance.





· Track and analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, conversions, and overall search visibility.

· Monitor visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered search platforms, and answer engines.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports with key insights and recommendations.

· Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, GEO, AEO, AI search, and search engine optimization best practices.

· Work independently on assigned SEO initiatives and ensure timely execution and measurable results.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.

· Solid knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Backlink Building and Link-Building Strategies, Keyword Research, Content Optimization, Competitor Analysis, and Search Intent and SERP Analysis.

· Hands-on experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

· Hands-on experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

· Strong understanding of AI-powered search engines, generative search, answer engines, featured snippets, and voice search optimization.

· Experience with social media posting and content distribution.

· Strong content writing and content optimization skills using AI tools.

· Strong understanding of website SEO performance, crawling, indexing, and technical SEO audits.

· Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage SEO activities and take complete ownership of assigned projects.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience working with both product-based and service-based companies.

· Knowledge of bulk email marketing and email campaign platforms.

· Experience with AI tools for content research, content writing, optimization, and SEO analysis.

· Understanding of SEO for multiple websites, industries, or international markets.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
