Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and professionally driven Client Servicing Executive who can confidently manage client relationships while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal creative teams. In this role, you will act as the bridge between strategy, execution, and communication ensuring projects move efficiently while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Understand client requirements, business goals, and campaign expectations

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams

- Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with creative, content, design, video, and marketing teams

Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and follow-ups

Track ongoing projects and ensure smooth campaign execution

Ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines and quality standards

- Strategy & Reporting





Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and client updates

Present campaign progress, ideas, and execution plans professionally

Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term collaboration

Support the team in maintaining high client retention and satisfaction

- Problem Solving & Team Collaboration

Handle client feedback professionally and efficiently

Coordinate internally to resolve concerns and execution challenges

Maintain a solution-oriented and organised approach under pressure

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Qualified presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and content production
- Experience in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools
- Confidence in handling client meetings and follow-ups independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
