- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
