- Supervise day-to-day field activities for solar PV installation (modules, structures, inverters, cabling).
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
2. Project Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Manage manpower allocation and resource planning.
- Track progress and report daily/weekly updates.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure installation meets design drawings and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and verify workmanship quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in office.
