Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dessert Maker to prepare a variety of high-quality desserts, pastries, cakes, and sweet dishes. The ideal candidate should have experience in dessert preparation, creativity in presentation, and the ability to maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, cookies, puddings, and other desserts.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of desserts.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and inform management about stock requirements.
- Store food items properly and ensure freshness.
- Assist in developing current dessert recipes and menu items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow food safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dessert Maker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate/Diploma in Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in dessert preparation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
