Implementation Consultant Role Overview

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who will work closely with clients to successfully implement our AI-powered products and solutions. This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, coordinate with the product and development teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organised, and comfortable working with technology products, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities· Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements

· Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.

· Configure and implement products based on customer requirements.

· Manage implementation projects, timelines, milestones, and client communications.

· Act as the primary point of contact during implementation and onboarding.

· Work closely with the product and development teams to define new features, enhancements, and customer-specific requirements.

· Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.

· Conduct user training sessions and support successful user adoption.

· Stay updated on practical applications of AI and automation to recommend solutions for business use cases.

Eligibility: ·

.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Business,



or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, business consulting, CRM/ERP implementation, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.

· Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Valuable understanding of business processes and software implementation lifecycle.

· Basic knowledge of AI and automation technologies and their business applications (functional understanding, not programming).

· Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

· Willingness to work remotely initially and in a hybrid setup as required

Location: Remote (Hybrid in future).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
