- Sourcing of deals for Outright, JV/JD and Redevelopment projects.
- Conducting site visits & meeting with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of real estate markets, land acquisition process, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and track real estate market trends & transactions.
- Financial evaluation of deals, Prepare Presentations/Information Memorandum as required.
- Preparing draft Term sheet & other documentation & provide necessary support during projects negotiations.
- Coordination with various Consultants for assumption validations and Project due diligence
- Candidate should be open for occasional travel for BD & research related activities to locations outside Mumbai
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
