● Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures for products.

● Ensure operations and products adhere to internal quality standards, best practices, and regulatory, R&D;, PMT requirements.

● Conduct internal and external audits and inspectionsfor process assessment, improvement, and compliance.

● Analyze quality data for trends, corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

● Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and make data-driven decisions.

● Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QA,QC, and Production teams.

● Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, documents, and records related to quality operations and metrics.

● Collaborate with other departments (manufacturing and sales) to align quality standards and drive





● Guide the Production team for better and sustainable practices.

● Check and oversee allfactory operations, prepare the monthly MIS report covering production,quality, and efficiency, and submit it to the reporting authority. Experience and Education

● Experience Required: 6-8 years of experience on a similar profile in an Ayurvedic Pharma manufacturing company.

● Education Required:

 M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Ayu.)  B.Sc / M.Sc/B.pharm/ M.pharm

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
