Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, with Hindi being an added advantage. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

* Provide accurate information about products/services

* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary

* Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications





* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam

* Hindi proficiency is a plus

* Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Ability to handle pressure and multitask

* Positive attitude and customer-first approach

Experience

* 0–1 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
