About the Role

We are hiring a highly experienced Assistant Manager – Product Development to lead end-to-end jewellery product development for our reputed client. This is a critical role responsible for transforming market trends into commercially successful jewellery collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on latest jewellery trends, customer preferences & competitor analysis
- Convert trend insights into innovative jewellery collections
- Coordinate closely with design, merchandising & production teams
- Handle recent product development from concept to final execution
- Plan and manage product range / collection planning
- Oversee sampling, costing & feasibility analysis
- Ensure smooth client requirement to product execution process
- Maintain timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency

Key Requirements





- 10+ years of experience in jewellery product development / merchandising
- Strong understanding of design coordination & collection development
- Experience in trend research & range planning
- Hands-on exposure to sampling and costing
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Design + Production)
- Strong communication & client coordination skills
