This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jabalpur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing vouchers and journal entries. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and supplier statements, assisting in monthly and annual closing, and supporting preparation of financial reports and tax-related documentation. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with accounting software - Tally 7.2/prime and MS Excel, including use of spreadsheets, formulas,



and basic data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of taxation - GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance relevant to manufacturing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA intermediate) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or similar industrial environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
