Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound B2C travel inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and create customized domestic holiday packages based on budget and preferences.
- Sell holiday packages for destinations including:
- Kashmir
- Himachal Pradesh
- Uttarakhand
- Rajasthan
- Goa
- Kerala
- Andaman & Nicobar Islands
- Ladakh
- North East India
- Sikkim & Darjeeling
- Other domestic destinations across India
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries including flights, trains, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
- Provide accurate quotations and follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and operations teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, seasonal travel trends,



hotel offerings, and promotional packages.

Required Skills

- 1–6 years of experience in B2C Domestic Travel Sales.
- Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations across India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to create customized holiday itineraries based on customer preferences.
- Robust sales aptitude with a proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
