Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with substantial experience in government infrastructure and building construction projects. The candidate should be well-versed in planning, executing, and managing all electrical systems at project sites, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute electrical works (internal & external) as per project drawings and specifications.
- Review and implement CPWD/PWD electrical norms, IS codes, and government-approved standards.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, load schedules, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Manage installation and testing of transformers, panels, wiring, lighting, earthing, and power backup systems (DG sets, UPS, etc.).




- Ensure timely procurement and quality checks for all electrical materials and equipment.
- Handle liaison with statutory bodies for inspections, approvals, and clearances.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, testing and commissioning records, and project documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of government tender specifications, CPWD norms, and relevant IS codes.
- Hands-on experience in building electrical systems, both high and low voltage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools.
- Good understanding of safety standards, energy efficiency norms, and electrical compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in government building infrastructure projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
