Role: Associate – Academy Operations

As an Associate – Academy Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless demo class execution, supporting teacher onboarding, and coordinating with educators across international time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for recent part-time teachers during their initial 45 days, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful demo delivery.

Schedule, track,



and monitor demo classes while proactively resolving operational challenges.

Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and maintain accurate slot information.

Escalate operational issues when needed and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain daily trackers, operational reports, and data accurately.

Share timely updates with managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth demo operations across regions.

Who Can Apply?

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome!)

0–3 years of experience (EdTech experience is a plus)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
