Profile: Marketing Head-Semiconductor-Surat-6 LPA

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or Investor Relations
- Experience working with PR agencies, marketing agencies, media partners, or external stakeholders
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Technology, Industrial, Engineering, or Deep-Tech industries will be preferred
- Experience managing corporate events, conferences, digital communications, and executive communications will be an advantage

Salary Range: 41k to 50k

Roles:

Corporate Communications & Public Relations

- Act as the primary point of contact for PR agencies, marketing agencies, media partners, and external communication stakeholders
- Coordinate press releases, media statements, company announcements, and brand communications
- Monitor media coverage and maintain a positive brand image across all communication channels
- Support leadership in managing external communications and public relations activities

Brand & Marketing Communications

- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across digital, print, social media, and event-based communication
- Manage and oversee LinkedIn and other official digital communication platforms
- Develop marketing collateral, company profiles, presentations, brochures, and communication materials





Investor & Institutional Communication

- Assist in preparing investor presentations, company updates, corporate decks, and capability presentations
- Coordinate communication with investors, banking institutions, industry bodies, and government stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of corporate information and updates

Event & Conference Management

- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and networking events
- Coordinate event participation, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and branding activities
- Support leadership in preparing speaking notes, presentations, and event communication materials

Leadership & Internal Communications

- Draft internal announcements, leadership messages, and company-wide communications
- Support the Founder in preparing for meetings with clients, partners, investors, and government authorities
- Maintain communication calendars covering PR activities, events, investor interactions, and brand initiatives

Qualification:

- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, media monitoring tools, and presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid presentation, public speaking, and stakeholder management abilities
