Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor / Sales Executive to drive

student admissions and revenue growth. This is a consultative role that involves

understanding the needs of students and parents, providing structured counselling,

recommending suitable academic and career pathways, and converting qualified leads into

successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct the first interaction (calls) with prospective students and parents

 Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and eligibility

 Provide personalized counseling on courses, career paths, and opportunities

 Handle objections effectively and guide students with clarity and empathy

 Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement

 Schedule and manage demo sessions / consultation bookings





 Convert leads into applications and paid enrollments

 Manage the end-to-end counseling-to-closure journey

 Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems

 Achieve admission and revenue targets

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
