TELE SALES EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can professionally communicate with potential clients, explain our services, and schedule qualified business meetings for the senior sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls
- Explain company services related to:
- Digital Marketing
- Branding
- Website Development
- Software & IT Solutions
- Schedule qualified meetings with interested clients
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Take regular follow-ups with prospects
- Maintain CRM updates and lead records
- Coordinate with senior sales/management team
- Convert interested leads into qualified meetings

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Basic English
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills




- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Sales
- Positive attitude and confidence in client interaction
- Basic computer & CRM handling knowledge
- Ability to work on targets and lead management

Qualification

- Candidates must be Graduate in any stream
- Preferred fields:
- BBA
- B.Com
- MBA (Marketing/Sales)
- Mass Communication
- Digital Marketing
- Business Administration
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply
- Experienced candidates in Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Handling, or Digital Marketing will be preferred
