Core Responsibilities

An egg export production team leader manages daily processing, grading, packing, and quality control on the floor to meet international export standards. They oversee sorting operations, lead floor workers, and ensure compliance with biosecurity and hygiene rules

- Floor Operations: Direct daily collection, grading, sorting, and packing of eggs to meet target quotas.
- Quality Control: Inspect shell integrity, weight, and cleanliness against strict global import requirements.
- Team Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise line workers on safety rules and efficient handling.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity protocols across the workspace.
- Logistics Support:



Coordinate with supply chain teams to load temperature-controlled shipping containers properly. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills

- Leadership: Solid ability to guide floor workers and solve shift problems quickly.
- Technical Know-how: Familiarity with automated grading, packing systems, and cold-chain storage.
- Attention to Detail: Strict focus on safety regulations and export certification standards

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
