Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced RCC Billing & Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in quantity estimation, billing processes, and reconciliation for RCC projects. The candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing project billing cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of RCC Billing (Client & Contractor Billing)
- Detailed Quantity Estimation and rate analysis
- Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Measurement of work executed at site
- Material reconciliation and consumption analysis
- Coordination with site engineers and project teams for billing inputs
- Preparation of RA bills and final bills
- Ensuring accuracy in BOQs and contract documentation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures and civil drawings
- Expertise in Estimation, Billing, BBS & Reconciliation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Good understanding of contracts and BOQ analysis
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Qualification
- BE Civil (Mandatory)
Candidate Profile
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in RCC billing and estimation
- Ability to handle billing independently
- Solid coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
