Eligibility:

- Diploma / Any Degree / ITI

- Basic administrative knowledge

- Basic communication skills (spoken and written)

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.)

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to take ownership

- Aspiration to lead a department in the future
