Senior Planning Engineer

Experience: 6+ yrs with Industrial Construction in Contracting Company

Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Diploma / Any relevant Certification

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera / MS Projects / PMP Certification

Purpose of the Role: A Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, resources, and costs to ensure timely delivery within budget, and efficient project execution. Focuses on baseline scheduling, risk analysis, client management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules (baseline, weekly, monthly) using tools.

Progress Monitoring: Having knowledge of site construction. Tracking daily/weekly site progress, comparing actual progress against the planned schedule, and calculating earned value.





Resource Planning: Planning, tracking, and optimizing resource allocation (labor, material, equipment) to meet deadlines.

Reporting: Preparing, maintaining, and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS) to clients and senior management.

Contractual & Risk Management: Reviewing contract documents to understand milestones, identifying potential delays, and suggesting mitigation strategies.

Coordination: Working with procurement, design, and site construction teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Cost Control: Assisting in budgeting and tracking costs, including comparing actual material usage against estimated quantities.

Senior Planning Engineer: Focuses on baseline scheduling, risk analysis, client management, and team leadership.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
