Chao, a restaurant in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and floor supervision
- Recruit, train, and monitor performance of service and kitchen staff
- Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, KSPCB, and other statutory requirements
- Address customer feedback and maintain service quality standards
- Report directly to the Owner/Director

Requirements:

- Minimum [5-8] years of experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role
- Solid leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FSSAI, KSPCB) preferred
- Proficiency in basic accounting/inventory software is a plus
