What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices The Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end administration of employee leave programs. The role involves processing leave requests, maintaining accurate employee records,



responding to employee and manager inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable labor laws, and service level agreements (SLAs).
What are we looking for? Process employee leave requests, including medical, parental, personal, military, disability, and statutory leave types. Review and validate leave documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maintain accurate employee leave records in HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or other HRIS platforms. Respond to employee and manager queries regarding leave eligibility, documentation requirements, and return-to-work processes. Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless leave administration. Track leave cases and ensure timely completion within SLA timelines. Support return-to-work activities, including reinstatement and required documentation. Perform routine audits and data validation to maintain data quality and compliance. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior team members when required. Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
