Distributor Manager

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Distributor Manager to oversee and expand our distributor network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with distributors, driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, and achieving business targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors.
- Identify and appoint new distributors in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure timely order collection, inventory management, and product availability.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Support distributors with sales planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Train and guide distributor sales teams to improve productivity.




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in distributor management, channel sales, or FMCG/FMCD/Consumer Goods sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
