Location: Thane West (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in hiring across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding
- Manage ATS, recruitment reports, and candidate records.
- Stay updated on US labor market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Understanding of the US job market and recruitment process.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to US hiring practices, US job portals, and blue-collar recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
