Job Description

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer with 5–6 years of experience to drive our AI initiatives and build scalable, production-ready intelligent systems. This role goes beyond development—you will define AI architecture, lead a team of developers, and bring structure to how AI solutions are designed, deployed, and improved over time.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn advanced AI concepts into practical business solutions while mentoring developers and promoting continuous learning across the team.

Skills

Key Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, and AsyncIO.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.




- Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high code quality through regular reviews and technical guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and translate them into practical implementations.
- Evaluate third-party AI tools and open-source models to identify the most efficient solutions.
- Manage the complete AI development lifecycle, including data ingestion, vectorization, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive best practices in AI architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
