Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Shopify and should be capable of managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Shopify website (mandatory).
- Upload and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory, order processing, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Track website performance, sales, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and improve user experience.
- Work with marketing teams on Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.




- Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase revenue.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Shopify (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of product catalog management and inventory control.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Preferred: Candidates from the jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail industry.

Pay: ₹9,782.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
