Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor management, material sourcing, purchase coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of construction and project-related materials.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with site, stores, accounts, and project teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Maintain inventory coordination and avoid material shortages.




- Monitor market trends and pricing for construction materials.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance during procurement.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of construction and real estate materials.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory.

Experience

Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
