Job Overview : We are looking for a reliable, responsible Office Assistant / Computer Operator to handle our daily office operations and computer-based documentation. In this role, you will manage online applications, assist clients with paperwork, and oversee the office independently when the owner is away.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Fixed)
- Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time / Monthly Payout

Key Responsibilities

- Documentation: Apply for LLR (Learner’s License) and main driving licenses online.
- Paperwork Management: Prepare, organize, and verify student documents for RTO submission.
- Office Supervision: Oversee and manage the office responsibly when the owner is absent.




- Customer Support: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle basic student inquiries.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the office space by keeping it neat, organized, and clean daily.
- Daily Upkeep: Maintain accurate records of student admissions and basic fee collection.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of operating computers and navigating online portals.
- Traits: Honest, responsible, neat, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass (prior office experience is a plus).
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Trichy are preferred.
