Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Visualizer / Lead Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-end architectural visuals, animations, walkthroughs, and real-time presentations using industry-standard visualization tools.

This role requires both creative thinking and technical execution, with the ability to handle projects independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Visualization

- Create high-quality interior and exterior renders, walkthroughs, and cinematic animations.
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions for architectural projects.
- Build and optimize detailed 3D scenes for rendering and real-time presentations.

Real-Time & Walkthrough Development

- Create immersive walkthroughs and interactive visualization experiences using Unreal Engine.
- Optimize scenes for smooth real-time performance and visual quality.

Rendering & Presentation

- Produce photorealistic renders using V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
- Create presentation-quality visuals for client approvals, marketing, and branding purposes.




- Ensure consistency in output quality across all projects.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas, mood references, and visualization concepts.
- Participate in internal reviews and quality checks.

R&D; and Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest trends and workflows in architectural visualization and real-time rendering.
- Explore new techniques in Unreal Engine, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in architectural visualization and rendering.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural renders, walkthroughs, and visualization projects.
- Positive understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and camera angles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
