We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and lead the shop floor team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and workforce.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection.
- Maintain discipline and safety on the shop floor.
- Allocate manpower and monitor attendance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Valuable communication and team management abilities.
Salary
Work Location: Partapur Industrial Area, Meerut
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
