We have an urgent opening with one of our reputed clients, a fast-growing courier and logistics company with operations across Kerala, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, and other major locations.
Position: Branch Sales Head
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch-level business development and revenue growth.
- Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Retain and develop existing customers to improve profitability.
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Take overall responsibility for branch performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in the courier, logistics, freight forwarding,
or transportation industry.
- Robust exposure to business development, client acquisition, and key account management.
- Experience in Air Freight, Road Freight, Express Logistics, or Supply Chain solutions is preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
