Job Title: Social Media Content Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and Meta ad creatives.

- Shoot product videos and lifestyle content.

- Edit high-quality short-form videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.

- Stay updated with trending audio, editing styles, and viral content formats.

- influencer marketing - tie up with influencers

2. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram and other social media accounts.

- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.

- Write captions and select relevant hashtags.

3. Creative Strategy

- Research market trends and competitors.

- Generate fresh content ideas and campaign concepts.

- Plan monthly content calendars.

- Suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and sales.

4. WhatsApp Marketing

- Manage WhatsApp marketing software and campaigns.

- Create and send promotional broadcasts.





- Monitor campaign performance and maintain customer engagement.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional offers.

Required Skills

- Video shooting and editing.

- Script writing in Hindi and English.

- Knowledge of Instagram and Meta platforms.

- Creative thinking and solid communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads creatives and influencer marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 20–25 quality reels per month.

- Daily Instagram stories and regular posts.

- Timely execution of WhatsApp campaigns.

- Consistent growth in social media engagement and followers.

- Continuous generation of creative content ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
