Job Title: Aptitude Trainer – SSC, Banking & RailwaysJob Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students preparing for SSC, Banking, Railways, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the latest examination patterns, syllabus, and question trends. Candidates who have appeared for SSC, Banking, Railways, or other competitive examinations will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online coaching sessions for Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Train students for SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO, Banking (IBPS, SBI, RBI), Railways (RRB), and other competitive examinations.
- Prepare study materials, worksheets, mock tests, and practice questions based on current exam patterns.
- Explain shortcuts, tricks, and problem-solving techniques to improve speed and accuracy.
- Conduct regular assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze previous year question papers and guide students on exam strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest notifications, syllabus changes, and examination trends.
- Mentor students and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Solid command of Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, Advanced Maths,



Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Thorough understanding of SSC, Banking, and Railways examination patterns and syllabus.
- Candidates who have appeared for SSC, Banking, Railways, TNPSC, or other competitive examinations are highly preferred.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is an added advantage.
