Role Overview

We are looking for a Loan Operations Executive to manage and support end-to-end loan processing activities. The role involves coordinating with banks and financial institutions, handling client communication, ensuring documentation accuracy, and tracking loan cases from application to final disbursement.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong follow-up skills, banking coordination experience, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and track loan cases across multiple banks and financial institutions
- Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and complete loan documentation
- Follow up with banks/NBFCs for case progress,



sanction, and disbursement
- Act as a point of contact between clients and banking partners
- Identify documentation gaps and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate loan MIS, trackers, and status updates
- Ensure timely closure of loan cases as per defined timelines
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding application status

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial services
- Working knowledge of loan products (Business Loan, Personal Loan, etc.)
- Robust communication skills in English & Hindi
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Excel-based trackers
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, or financial consultancies
- Familiarity with startup or MSME loan processes
- Existing banker coordination experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
