Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Perks.
- Strong understanding of Workday Benefits configuration and integration processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process frameworks within Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to Workday Benefits.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
