About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Placement and Project Coordinator to drive employer outreach, manage placement pipelines, and ensure smooth coordination between candidates, training teams, and hiring companies. The ideal candidate will be the key link between our talent pool and industry partners, responsible for building new company tie-ups and ensuring successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities

Employer & Industry Outreach

- Identify, approach, and onboard new companies for internship/placement drives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers at partner organizations
- Pitch candidate profiles and batch capabilities to prospective employers
- Negotiate and finalize placement terms, MOUs, and hiring agreements with companies

Placement Coordination

- Match candidates to relevant job/internship openings based on skills and eligibility
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring rounds between candidates and companies
- Track candidate progress through the placement funnel (screening → interview → offer → joining)
- Maintain accurate placement records, offer statistics, and conversion reports

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain placement trackers/dashboards (Excel/CRM) with up-to-date status




- Prepare weekly/monthly placement performance reports for management
- Coordinate offer letter issuance and documentation with the HR team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in placements, recruitment, business development, or corporate relations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or ATS tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple company/candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on placement conversion

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience working with training/internship platforms or educational institutions
- Existing network of HR/recruitment contacts across industries

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
