We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The Branch Operations Manager will ensure smooth branch operations, excellent patient service, and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and support all branch staff, including front office, customer relations, nursing, and housekeeping teams.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
- Recruit, train,



and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure achievement of branch KPIs and business targets.

Requirements & Preferred Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
- Experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, or multi-specialty clinic is an added advantage.
- Experience in branch performance management and team leadership.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
