Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Translator who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for translating written documents, interpreting verbal conversations, and supporting cross-functional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate documents, contracts, technical manuals, emails, presentations, and reports from Chinese (Mandarin) to English and English to Chinese.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, training sessions, factory visits, negotiations, and video conferences.
- Ensure translations accurately convey the original meaning, tone, and technical terminology.
- Assist project teams in communicating with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners.




- Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business documents and communications.
- Coordinate with various departments to support international business activities.
- Prepare translation reports and maintain translation records.
- Support travel arrangements and communication for visiting Chinese delegates, when required.
- Perform any other language-related assignments as directed by Management.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience as a Chinese Translator or Interpreter.
- Experience working with Chinese companies, manufacturing industries, construction, engineering, or international trade is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
