We are seeking a skilled English Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing English language teaching sessions, with a focus on reading, pronunciation and phonics. You will ensure that teachers adhere to quality standards, provide constructive feedback and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for students worldwide.

Job Responsibilities::

- Session Evaluation: Review and evaluate recorded English language sessions, with special focus on phonics, reading fluency and pronunciation.

- Rubric-Based Assessment: Ensure teachers’ performance aligns with defined rubrics and quality benchmarks.

- Feedback Guidance: Deliver transparent, constructive and actionable feedback to educators to improve teaching effectiveness.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, feedback and data-driven performance reports.

- Calibration Training: Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation standards.

- Quality Improvement: Identify gaps and share insights to strengthen curriculum delivery and overall student learning outcomes.

Working Days:



5.5 days a week (1st 3rd Saturday and all Sundays off)

Work Timings: Afternoon / Evening / Night Shift (As per Business requirements)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

- Strong understanding of phonics-based reading instruction and pronunciation techniques.

- Familiarity with US and UK curriculum standards preferred.

Additional Information

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Tutor, Teacher or Evaluator with expertise in English language skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written verbal).

- Detail-oriented, analytical and committed to maintaining high evaluation accuracy.

- Comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms and evaluation systems.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred::

- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in English language instruction.

- Experience with online education platforms and EdTech tools.

- Background in curriculum design, instructional support or phonics training.
