We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive (Business Development to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions, this role is for you.

You'll work with pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing team, allowing you to focus on converting interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with pre-qualified and interested leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features and address customer queries effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and continuously improve performance.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
