Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) projects from concept, design, development, testing, and production launch to customer delivery
- Drive project execution across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Testing, Commissioning, and Operations functions
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and profitability to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with customers, business development teams, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives, deliverables, and customer requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely achievement of project milestones, quality standards, and business objectives




- Monitor project performance through project reviews, dashboards, and management reporting while ensuring adherence to phase-gate governance processes
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and deviations and implement mitigation plans and recovery strategies
- Manage engineering changes, scope modifications, and customer change requests throughout the product development lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
