Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, software architecture, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies
- Define and drive software architecture and contribute to enterprise architecture strategy
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Review code, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Oversee system integration, performance optimization, and security practices
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment strategies

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong .NET expertise
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in designing distributed systems and scalable applications
- Knowledge of TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
